New Onboarding
Onboarding for all casino brands: MR. green, 888 casino, 777 and SI.
Following the merger of Mr. Green and 888, we launched a new app for Mr. Green. I was responsible for creating a single onboarding process that catered to both existing Mr. Green users and new ones. The positive outcome led me to extend this onboarding strategy to all our brands
The Task
Understand the main changes between the new and the old app, create up to 3 steps that will work for both current Mr. Green users and new ones.
The Challange
It's crucial that users complete all steps to avoid any frustration in finding what they need. Typically, users tend to close tooltips without fully reading them, so we must keep them concise and engaging. Additionally, users undergoing migration may encounter additional steps before onboarding begins, So we must keep it short, Our challenge lies in making the process effective for both scenarios.
